We have provided our festival participants with three options to help them plan a safe trip home after our fundraiser.
Option One
Our Designated Driver program gives participating drivers admittance at half price! They enjoy the same music, entertainment and tasty food morsels and also have a wide variety of non-alcoholic beverages to imbibe.
Option Two
Sun Sounds is again offering an enhanced service to those who have no designated driver and prefer not to drive home following the festival – the Wise Wheels Waiting area. After the general ticket booth closes tables will be set up just outside the ballpark and Yellow Cab will offer you a ride home. If you use them, they will give you a free ride back on Sunday to pick up your car. Volunteers will also take your order for hot dogs, popcorn, Honest-Tea iced tea and other non-alcoholic beverages — including coffee — for you to enjoy while you wait for your ride
Option Three
Festival goers have three very close-at-hand hotel options: The Viscount Suite Hotel, the Doubletree Hotel Tucson at Reid Park, and the Randolph Park Hotel & Suites. Sun Sounds has arranged for a special FREE shuttle service from the hotels to and from the beer festival. Your room key is your ticket to ride. A shuttle will be at each hotel at 4:15 pm to take people, preferably the VIPs, first. They will be back at 4:30 pm, and so on until the demand drops or until 5:45 pm, whichever comes first. Shuttles back to the hotels will begin at 9.15 pm from the Wise Wheels area.
